Farid Alipour is a wellness trainer with expertise in stress management and relaxation – having taught for 25 years. In 1991, Farid met his Chinese teacher, Mr. Wong, in Norway, where he studied Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Kung Fu for 7 years. In 2001, he went to the Himalayas to study yoga/meditation and stayed for 3 years, learning from many different teachers. In addition, he practiced and learned Kung Fu from the age of 15. More recently, in 2003, he taught yoga and chi kung in different health spas around the world (Spa Samui in Thailand, Thelifeco in Turkey and Navotu in Cambodia), while also providing private lessons with clients from around the world. And in 2013, he went to Taiwan, to learn about Chinese tea ceremonies from different tea-masters.
